Three new features have been introduced in the Channels section. Channel admins can now record short videos and share them with their audience. There’s also the ability to create QR codes to link directly to the channel. In addition, users can get text summaries of channel audio messages. This feature will be handy for times when it’s not possible to listen to the messages. Another change is the ability to add a new person to one-on-one calls. You can easily invite someone else to the conversation by using the call icon at the top of the screen and selecting the Add to Call option.
These updates reflect WhatsApp’s commitment to providing a better user experience.
